L'APJRC is a dynamic organisation, innovative and attentive to the future of parks and gardens in the Central Region, the cradle of the Loire valley.
Established in 2000, with the assistance of the tourism committee of the Pas-de-Calais département, the association was extended to include the Nord département in 2003. Its purpose is to create an inventory of gardens and to develop and promote them.
Lorraine des Jardins" is a young association set up in 2009 by eight founding Lorraine gardens with the encouragement and support of Lorraine Regional Council, the Regional Department of the Environment (DREAL) and the Regional Department of Cultural Affairs (DRAC).
